Context of the mandate
A winning hand: For the second year, Maison 1608 has enjoyed writing, translating and handling the graphic design of the Game On! magazine for client Asmodee Canada. Contrary to a product catalog, the magazine takes a deep dive into board games from every angle, from the perspective of fun, of course, but also their cooperative and pedagogical components and benefits for brain development.
Asmodee Canada’s mission is to bring people of all ages together with board games, and the magazine format is the perfect way to do this. Designed for families, the content aims to reach as wide a range of people as possible, not just experienced players. Game On! is also interactive as its online version has links to videos and redirects for transactions.
